A complete lithium-battery industry chain.

Henley Power is one of a small number of BESS suppliers anywhere that owns its full industry chain — from cathode material upstream through finished, containerized energy storage downstream. We’re not a trading company assembling third-party parts. We’re the factory.

Henley Power was founded in 2022 in Qihe Economic Development District, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Registered capital: 30 million USD.

Across our group, we run the entire lithium-battery value chain — cathode material, cell production, BMS, EMS, PCS, and complete system integration for wind-solar-storage, diesel-solar-storage, and solar-storage applications. BESS manufacturing and the sales contract go through one entity: Henley Power.

Annual battery system output reaches 8 GWh on a fully automated cell-to-pack assembly line, with HIOKI 3561 inline cell sorting, KUKA 6-axis robotics at the module-stacking station, Ainuo insulation testing with 9-level arc detection, and ring-pattern laser welding for damage-free joints. That’s the production scale we built to serve utility, commercial & industrial, microgrid, and residential customers in parallel.

Intelligent manufacturing

A fully automated cell-to-pack production line running at 8 GWh of annual battery system capacity. Cell-grade quality is enforced before assembly starts — every cell, every test, recorded.

Cell homologation process
Cell qualification runs abuse testing per IEC 62619 methodology, accelerated cycle aging on calibrated rigs, impedance matching, and a multi-week field-validation pack before production approval. Specific cycle-life and RTE numbers — with test conditions — live on product pages; full test reports under NDA.

R&D and institutional credibility

Our Institute of New Energy works with industry and academia to keep our systems at the frontier of lithium-battery storage. R&D depth is what separates a long-term partner from a one-shipment supplier.

Technical architecture
Tiered BMS with cell, module, and system-level fault isolation. The EMS supports vendor-neutral SCADA integration via Modbus and the IEC 61850-7-420 DER profile (project-specific edition confirmed at commissioning). PCS topology is selected per project from multiple homologated suppliers — utility, C&I, microgrid, and residential platforms calibrated for the deployment.
