Frequently asked questions

Which certifications does Henley Power hold for European deployment?
Full CE marking covering Low Voltage Directive (IEC 62477-1, IEC 62109-1/2) and EMC Directive (IEC 61000-6 family), IEC 62619:2022 and IEC 63056:2020 battery system safety under the CB scheme. Tier-1 LFP cells from publicly listed manufacturers, multi-supplier homologated. UN 38.3 lithium battery transport, plus ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 factory management. Grid code compliance held for 25+ countries — full list in the matrix above, filterable by region. Test reports under NDA on request.
Certificates are issued by TUV Rheinland, SGS, Bureau Veritas, DEKRA, or Intertek. Each carries the issuing body, certificate number, and validity period. Verify through the issuing lab’s public registry, or request the original document from the Henley Power engineering team for direct cross-check.
Several jurisdictions require a country-specific PFD model, TSO interconnection request, or registry listing tied to a local distributor. Henley Power completes those steps at project award in coordination with the EPC and local TSO. The underlying technical compliance is already in place; only the per-project registration is pending.
Warranty insurance via licensed European insurer is available as a project option for DFI-financed and institutionally-backed tenders. Parent guarantee or escrow alternative on request.
Yes. Detailed IEC test reports, factory audit summaries, and grid code compliance reports are available under NDA to qualified banker DD teams, EPC contractors, and procurement teams. Contact the European engineering team to initiate the NDA process and document sharing.
