Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of henleypower.eu. The website is operated by Profispace SRL (Romania) on behalf of Henley Power Limited, the commercial entity behind the Henley Power brand based in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, China. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding commercial offer. Binding commercial terms are issued under executed contract per project. Romanian law applies; Bucharest courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using henleypower.eu (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site, whether on behalf of themselves, an employer, or any other entity.

These Terms are published by Profispace SRL (“Operator”), the legal operator of the Site, on behalf of Henley Power Limited (“Henley Power”), the commercial entity behind the Henley Power brand. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the Operator and Henley Power Limited together, except where context indicates otherwise.

2. Nature of the Site & Informational Use

The Site is a business-to-business commercial information platform. It provides product descriptions, technical specifications, project case studies, bankability documentation references, and lead-capture functionality for utility-scale and commercial battery energy storage equipment, power infrastructure, and related grid-connected solutions manufactured by Henley Power in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, China.

Content on the Site is published for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding commercial offer, a contract, a warranty, or a representation of any kind. The Site is not a transactional platform — no equipment is sold, contracted, or delivered through the Site directly.

Any binding commercial offer for Henley Power equipment is made in writing on Henley Power letterhead by Henley Power Limited and is identified as such. Pre-contract communications — including form submissions, datasheet downloads, and email correspondence — are not commercial offers and create no contractual obligation until an executed supply contract is signed by both parties.

3. Product Specifications & Performance Claims

Product specifications, performance figures, certification references, and project examples published on the Site reflect representative configurations and deployments. Specifications evolve with engineering revisions. The applicable specification for any project is the specification annexed to the executed supply contract for that project, not the version published on the Site at any given moment.

Performance claims — including cycle life, round-trip efficiency, response time, and operating temperature range — are calibrated to representative test conditions stated alongside each claim (typically referencing IEC 62619, IEC 62933-2-1, or other named standards). Actual project performance depends on deployment conditions, duty cycle, climate, grid characteristics, and other site-specific factors. Performance guarantees applicable to a specific project are stated in the executed supply contract.

Where the Site references certifications (CE, IEC, UN, EU Regulation 2023/1542 compliance, ISO management system certifications), test reports and certificates are available under non-disclosure agreement on request. The Site is not the authoritative source for compliance documentation — the relevant certificate file is.

4. Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site to:

  • View product and solution information.
  • Download publicly available datasheets, whitepapers, and bankability summaries.
  • Submit commercial enquiries through the contact form.
  • Quote short excerpts in journalistic, academic, or factual review contexts with attribution.

You may not use the Site to:

  • Reproduce, republish, or commercially redistribute Site content without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to non-public areas of the Site or to its underlying systems.
  • Use automated scraping, harvesting, or extraction tools that circumvent the Site’s protective measures or that significantly burden the Site’s infrastructure. Standard search-engine crawling within the limits set by robots.txt is permitted.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or compromise the Site or other users’ systems.
  • Use Site content to train artificial-intelligence or large-language-model systems for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable European Union, Romanian, or other applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The “Henley Power” name, brand identity, logos, product designations including the HLY- prefix, and all original Site content — including text, photography, illustrations, schematic drawings, specification tables, case-study narratives, and editorial articles — are the property of Henley Power Limited or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, public performance, or creation of derivative works based on Site content requires prior written permission from Henley Power Limited, except as expressly permitted in Section 4 (Permitted Use) or as allowed under mandatory limitations of applicable copyright law (such as quoting short excerpts for journalistic, academic, or factual review purposes with attribution).

Third-party trademarks, certification marks, and standards references that appear on the Site (such as IEC standards, ISO certification marks, ENTSO-E references, named TSO logos, and software platform names) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Neither the Operator nor Henley Power Limited makes any representation that:

  • The Site will be available without interruption or error.
  • The Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Information published on the Site is accurate, complete, or current at any specific moment.
  • Product specifications, performance figures, project references, or certification references published on the Site apply without modification to any specific project.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Operator nor Henley Power Limited, nor their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors, shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The aggregate liability of the Operator and Henley Power Limited for any direct damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid to access the Site, which is zero where the Site is provided free of charge. This limitation does not apply where it is prohibited by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Commercial liability for equipment supplied under the Henley Power brand is governed exclusively by the executed supply contract for the project in question. Nothing on the Site, including these Terms, modifies, expands, or limits the commercial liability provisions of any executed supply contract.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, Henley Power Limited, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party in connection with your use of the Site.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Operator or Henley Power Limited. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services. We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

9. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which together explain how we collect, process, and protect personal data, and how cookies are used on the Site. By using the Site, you consent to the data processing described in those documents.
