Can I send confidential RFP documents before signing an NDA?

For RFPs at tender stage, a mutual NDA is coordinated before any confidential tender document or buyer-specific test report changes hands. Use the form on this page or email sales@henleypower.eu with your tender reference and submission deadline — the NDA template lands in your inbox within one business day. Public RFP documents can be shared directly.

What languages does the Henley Power sales team work in?

Direct coverage in English, Chinese, Romanian, German, and Russian. Technical proposals and datasheets are English-default, Chinese and German on request. Commercial documents are bilingual EN/CN by default. Other European languages handled case-by-case.

Can I visit the Dezhou factory or a reference project?

Factory visits are arranged for qualifying institutional buyers, EPC partners, and DFI-aligned procurement teams. Reference visits depend on the host client’s approval and a mutual NDA — see projects and case studies for the current reference list. Use the form, mention the project context — a coordinator confirms scheduling within two business days.
